About Me

My name is Haniel Burton, I was born in the city of Managua, Nicaragua. I currently live in a suburb just outside of Oklahoma City. Although i was born in Nicaraugua I was raised in the US since before I was 2 years old. There's nothing really peculiar about my life, so far everything has been normal with ups and downs that life throws at you. If you can't tell from the content of this website I enjoy writing as a hobby, the poetry I write might seem dark but it comes straight from within and that's what I think is most important. Some other things I enjoy besides writing is reading, playing guitar, hanging out with friends, and messing around with computers.

Most, if not all, of the poetry in this website is a direct connection with who I am and how I've felt at different times. I only ask that you look beyond the words and take each work as a whole and search for a deeper meaning, trust me it's there.
